The Community Partner Program focuses on uniting forces with a select group of U.S. communities that work directly with the USOC to increase public awareness of Olympic and Paralympic sports. As an officially designated USOC Community Partner, BASOC assists in the distribution of USOC education and outreach materials throughout Northern California.

"The Community Partner designation allows BASOC to serve the U.S. Olympic Movement not only through training, but through education and outreach," said BASOC President Anne Warner Cribbs. "This is a natural fit for BASOC and a wonderful opportunity for those who live in the communities we serve."

BASOC is proud to serve as a U.S. Olympic Community Partner along with the following cities: Arizona, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Houston, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Denver, Miami, Philadelphia, San Diego, Edmond / Oklahoma City, and Salt Lake City.
